Defective Products Policy
We understand the frustration of receiving a defective product. If you encounter such an issue, please retain all packaging and provide proof of purchase (receipt). Also, please send us a photo showing any leaks or damage. For electronic malfunctions, please provide a video demonstrating the issue. We offer store credit equal to the item's cost for defective products. Please note that we do not cover shipping, taxes, or any other related fees.
15% Cancellation Fee
Canceling an order for any reason will incur a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the original total.
Coupon Codes and Sales Policies
