SHIPPING TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING TIMES.

Processing times for shipments are 24-48 Hours M-F. We do not ship on the weekends. Shipping takes an average of 5 to 7 business days depending on location. During sales or holiday season shipping times may increase.

CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY A SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Due to age verification once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address. You can change your shipping address in your account settings for future orders.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT: PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOS OF THE DEVICE, INNER AND OUTER PACKAGING AND SHIPPING PACKAGING. IF MULTIPLE DEVICES ARE DAMAGED ALL PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME IMAGE.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST, OR STOLEN

FOR LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES: THERE IS A 3 DAY WAIT PERIOD BEFORE A CLAIM CAN BE FILED.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE ARE FINAL SALE.

If you purchased our product through another source, you will need to go directly to that source for any returns.

Mistakes happen. Please email us with a photo of the item and packing slip and we will get it taken care of. Please not we do not replace closeout or items under $25. Under $25 we will issue store credit or a refund.

FAILED DELIVERY - WRONG ADDRESS

CANCELED ORDERS WILL INCURE A 15% CANCELLATION FEE

Canceling an order for any reason will incur a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the original total.
