CANCELED ORDERS WILL INCURE A 15% CANCELLATION FEE
Order cancellations must be requested prior to your order being processed. Canceling an order for any reason will incur a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the original total.

FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:Â Please provide photos of the device, inner and outer packaging, and shipping packaging. If multiple devices are damaged, all product must be in the same image.
FOR LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES:Â There is a 3-day wait period before a claim can be filed.

Mistakes happen. Please email us with a photo of the item and packing slip and we will get it taken care of. Please note we do not replace closeout or items under $25. Under $25 we will issue store credit or a refund.
